The Bonduel Area EMS (Emergency Medical Services) is a group of local volunteers who respond to medical emergencies before the arrival of an ambulance. Currently, there are 17 members on the EMS roster. The Bonduel Area EMS was stared in 1991 to cover both the Village of Bonduel and Town of Hartland. Today, the EMS covers the Village of Bonduel, Town of Hartland, Village of Cecil, Town of Washington and a small portion of the Town of Angelica, a total of approximately 95 square miles.
Bonduel Area EMS work with Shawano Ambulance and NEW Rescue as well as the Bonduel, Cecil and Pulaski Fire Departments.
The Bonduel Area EMS holds business meetings with training the first Sunday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held that the Bonduel Fire Department located in the Public Safety Building, located at 201 S. First Street, Bonduel.
The Bonduel Area EMS continues to look for volunteers and provides necessary training to new members. Interested individuals need to complete an application and pass a background check.
