The Zernicke-Wegner American Legion Post #217 was formed in 1935. The local branch participates in the annual Fourth of July Parade, Veterans Day, Memorial Day, area celebrations and funerals of fellow veterans. The Zernicke-Wegner American Legion Post #217 supports and provides donations to the American Legions baseball league, high school senior scholarships, Badger Boys and Girls State Leadership camp, as well as other local groups and activities. The Legion also has medical supplies on hand to lend out to individuals, such as hospital beds, wheel chairs, crutches, and canes all at no cost. The legion is open to all veterans of every branch of the armed forces, and is always look for new members.

The Bonduel Community Food Pantry serves families living in the Bonduel School District. The pantry operates out of St. Paul Lutheran School. Applications are available at the time of the food pantry operation. Applicants will need to provide a photo identification and information on household, such as family members living in home and income. The pantry accepts donations at St. Paul Lutheran Church office during regular business hours. Acceptable donations include food, cleaning supplies, health & beauty products, baby food & diapers, and cash donations.

The Bonduel Lion's Club received its organizational charter in January 1951 with forty charter members. The Bonduel Lions have been a staple to the community providing generous support to area events and organizations. The Lions pride themselves in contributing to the Lions Club International Fund, The Wisconsin State Lions Camp, Badger Boys State, numerous Bonduel Community School and Village of Bonduel events.
The largest fundraiser the organization holds is the annual Corn Roast, held the first Friday in August of every year. In addition to this event, the Lions host the annual Fishing Derby on Shawano Lake, a Rose Sale every spring, meat raffles throughout the year, and participate in various other activities in the community. The Lion's Club is always welcoming new members to attend monthly meetings.

The Bonduel Polar Bear snowmobile club maintains 42 miles of trail in eastern Shawano County. The Club is a working and socializing snowmobile club. The club consists of approximately 75 members, which includes individuals and families. The Polar Bears support and participate in many community events. Monthly meetings October through April, are held the First Sunday after the first Wednesday of each month.

Celebrate Bonduel Inc. organizes various events within the Village of Bonduel. Celebrate Bonduel puts on these events with other non-profit organization and school organizations to raise money for all organization needs and the community needs. Celebrate Bonduel's main event is the annual Bonduel Fourth of July Parade and Celebration every year. In addition to this event, Celebrate Bonduel hosts Bonduel Patriot Day in September, Christmas in Bonduel in December and numerous other events and drawings throughout the year.
