Mountain Bay Trail Park

The Mountain Bay Trail Park is a 1-acre park located on the west end of the Village. The State Mountain Bay Trail runs from Green Bay to Wausau, is an 83-mile trail system. Fifty-plus miles of this State Recreational Trail runs through Shawano County atop an abandoned railroad grade with a compacted surface for bicyclists, walkers, horseback riding, and snowmobiling in the winter. The Mountain Bay Trail Park located in Bonduel, offers a parking area with easy on and off access to the trail system.

An Annual State Trail Pass or a Daily Pass is required for bicyclists and horseback riders over 16 years old. There is no fee for walkers. Daily passes are available at the trail pay stations at various locations along the trail.
