Village of Bonduel Redevelopment Authority
The Redevelopment Authority of the Village of Bonduel is an independent public body established by the Village Board under Wisconsin State Statute 66.1333(3). The Authority is charged with exercising the powers necessary to protect and promote the health, safety, and general welfare of village residents. Its primary purpose is to carry out activities related to blight elimination, revitalization, redevelopment, and community improvement within the Village of Bonduel.
Mission of the Redevelopment Authority (RDA)
The mission of the Redevelopment Authority of the Village of Bonduel is to eliminate blight, revitalize deteriorated or unsafe areas, and support the community’s economic growth. The RDA works to create safe and attractive commercial spaces, encourage business development, expand employment opportunities, strengthen the Village’s tax base, and attract new investment that enhances Bonduel’s overall economic vitality.
