Elections

Election Procedures

By state law, the Village conducts elections on specific dates throughout the year. Every year there is a spring election cycle that consists of a primary (if needed) and the general election. The primary is held on the third Tuesday of February, and the general election is held on the first Tuesday in April.

Fall elections are held every two years in the even-numbered years. When a fall primary is necessary, it is held the second Tuesday in August, with the general election held the first Tuesday in November.

All election officials are hired by the Village, and the Chief Inspectors receive training on Wisconsin law to enable accurate election results and smooth election process. The Village of Bonduel has one polling place on Election Day. Residents in Wards 1 & 2 vote at the same polling location.
