Garbage & Recycling Pickup

The village garbage and recycling services is provided by GFL (Green For Life). Garbage and recycling will be picked up weekly on Mondays, unless there is a holiday conflict. Please have carts to the road with handles facing away from the street and spaced at least 3 feet apart from one another by 6:00 a.m. If carts are obstructed by snow, parked cars, mailboxes or other objects they cannot be picked. Pick up times for garbage and recycle bins may be at different times on the same day. Large items that do not fit in the cart or extend out of the cart will not be picked up; these items should be brought to the Village recycle center on Saturdays. If you have questions or concerns about garbage, please contact GFL Environmental at 920-983-3341.

How do you know if you DO NOT live in the corporate limits of Bonduel? If your address starts with a letter, such as W1234 Helmet Street, Bonduel, WI 54107, you DO NOT live in the Village and should not be using any portion of the Village's Recycling Center.

Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to Noon on Saturdays only! Brush and yard waste open every day.

Recycling Center

The recycle center is a community asset and we want all residents in the corporate limits of the village to use it and to have a safe and enjoyable experience.
1. Currently there is a 100% ID check and sign-in at the Bonduel Recycle Center. If your address does not match your driver's license address, then you will need to bring in your current water bill with the correct address on it. This in efforts to help stop non-residents who have been using the Village recycle center at the cost of the tax payer. This effort is to help reduce the cost to the residents who do live in the corporate limits of the Village of Bonduel and pay for the recycle center. If you see someone trying to use the Recycle Center who does NOT live in the corporate limits of the Village, please report the person to the recycle center attendant or municipal operations.
2. Yard waste and brush area at the recycling all under the same rules of use with the acceptation of no sign-in required. The brush and yard waste is monitored 24/7 by video surveillance and violations will be prosecuted. The Yard Waste Area will be randomly checked for ID's. License plate on vehicles will be recorded and validated. Please do not put none brush items in the brush pile. Items such as tire irons or rocks will damage our equipment.
3. The Recycle Center does NOT accept: Furniture (couch, mattresses, chairs, tables, etc.) or construction material (any amount) this includes shingles, plywood, lumber or any item that would not fit in your bin if it was empty. Those items can be taken to the Shawano landfill that charge by the weight and can dispose of there.
4. TV's, computer monitors, freezers, refrigerators, air conditioners, and dehumidifiers will still be accepted for a disposal fee. Fees are paid to the attendant at the time of drop off. The fee is only equal to what the village gets charged when we turn them in.
